What Employers look for in a Sales CV by BMS Sales | |
An employer will want to see a more structured layout to a CV. Keep everything to simple bullet points and cut out all of the jargon. Remember you will be able to elaborate on these points in the interview.
We would suggest that you include the following plan, per employer throughout your CV.
Client Name: Full trading business name or “confidential”
Date of Employment: Exact Dates, Months and years to be included
Style of Business: What is the company involved in?
How may staff do they employ?
What sectors of business do they service?
Role title: Exact role title
Description: You role, describe:
What your role objective was (overall)
What your target market was
What targets you were set
What you achieved
Key successes/notable achievements
Reason for Leaving: Why are you moving on, or why do you want to move on
