Matthew Richardson, established Richardsons at Old Clare St. in 1990. We are a fresh produce and food distribution business specialising in the catering/convenience retail sector. We have an in-house retail department serving the local retail market.

Our served market covers a geographical range from Limerick City to Killarney, Shannon and West Clare, Tipperary, Portlaosie and Cork City. We offer a delivered, just in time service to our customers, operating on lead times as short as 2 to 3 hours from time of order by the customer. We operate refrigerated delivery vehicles on predefined routes and schedules.

We employ a team of 40 people with full and part-time staff. Our team is made up of a group of committed, responsible and capable individuals who constantly strive towards providing industry-leading standards of produce quality and service to our customers. We constantly endeavour to improve our standards of best practice.
