Largo Foods is the largest Irish owned crisp and snack manufacturer and is home to the international Hunky Dorys brand. Other brands include Perri and Sam Spudz. Largo Foods was first established in 1983 with a staff of 9. Today we employ over 400 staff and have plants in Ashbourne, Donegal and Czech Republic.

Largo Foods also make own label crisps for all the major multiples in Ireland. Apart from several varieties of crisps, we also produce both savoury and sweet popcorn and corn snacks.

The plant size is currently over 19 acres and growing. More than 40% of our sales are produced for the export market and can end up in the US, Middle East and Asia, amongst others.

On the homefront, the plant in Ashbourne is supported by four distribution centres in Dublin, Cork, Carlow and Belfast which offer customers an excellent service nation-wide.
