The Harbour Surgery is offering a new clinic providing personal exercise training, dietary assessment and medical screening to promote positive wellbeing and prevent cardiovascular disease. The clinic offers personal exercise through our personal trainer with a functional training approach, which prevents musculoskeletal injury. Dietary assessment and guidance is also offered, by our experienced hospital trained dietician. Medical screening and assessment is carried out by our practice nurses prior to participation. Appointments can be made for each of the personal exercise trainer, dietician and practice nurse, through our receptionist.
Our Trainer is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which is considered one of the 5 qualifications in the world by the American College of Sports Medicine, the de facto governing body for Fitness Professionals.
