Acquisition of Enterprise Process Consulting
Horizon Technology Group, of which Client Solutions is a subsidiary, has acquired Irish business software group Enterprise Process Consulting (EPC).

As EPC is an Irish SAP consulting partner, it will merge with Client Solutions existing SAP operation. EPC was formed in 1998 and specialises in the pharmaceutical and public sector markets.

Gary Coburn, chief executive of Horizon, said the deal would further strengthen the company's enterprise consulting operation in Ireland, which has strong growth.

It is expected to add increased specialty service to Horizon's offering, which will be the only indigenous mySAP consulting partner in Ireland. Goodbodys says the move strengthens Horizon's exposure to the higher-margin consulting services business.
