eCAT (established in April 2011) has developed a software solution that is primarily aimed at "Mobilising & Automating Paper based Systems". In order to understand the potential market for eCAT, consider in today’s business environment the number of audits, check lists and forms that must be conducted or filled in and subsequently analysed, distributed, stored and maintained. Currently, the vast majority of these audits/forms are conducted on paper and then (if at all) keyed into a spread sheet type system. eCAT will capture the information on a smart phone or tablet which will then submit the data to the “Cloud” perform the required calculations and distribute the relevant information to the appropriate persons, in real time. Furthermore, eCAT will integrate that information into the everyday management systems of the company.
